the hotel staff were super friendly i found their attention to detail excellent i cannot recommend them highly enough. the location is close to the metro and it's a short walk to the train station that's super handy. the room was very comfortable it overlooked the garden it was so quiet.
the frontage is subtle i missed it a few times. my room had a tiny bathroom it was inconvenient. the kitchen was poorly equipped there was nothing to sit out on even though i had a garden view

The staff ensured a smooth check-in process. The hotel was super clean upon arrival.
The duplex room had some issues. The bathroom was tiny, surprisingly so given the room size. The spiral staircase proved quite narrow. There was no space for drawers in the upstairs bedroom.

the location was PERFECT. it is a few minutes walk from the main metro station that takes you everywhere, i was so grateful. the room is spacious with beautiful toiletries and a big comfortable bed.
The frontage is SUBTLE. We missed it a number of times.

mixed experience at this hotel
narrow staircaselimited drawer space
the room layout presented some challenges. the spiral staircase was narrow and difficult to navigate with luggage. also, there was limited drawer space in the bedroom , made it hard to unpack properly. i expected better functionality given the price point.
